Stacey is a licensed therapist with more than 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and their loved ones. She is a Certified Health Coach, as well as, a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. She tailors her therapeutic techniques based on each client’s specific needs and strengths while focusing on building their awareness and mindfulness.

Stacey has significant experience treating a wide range of mental health challenges including: anxiety, depression, trauma, life-adjustment issues, chronic pain, relationship issues, stress management, low self-esteem, transitioning into adulthood, and dysfunctional relationships with food.
She believes that there is a strong connection between mental health and physical health and is committed to helping clients improve both in order to achieve the best quality of life possible. Her treatment philosophy is holistic and she strives to provide all clients with a safe, warm, and non-judgmental therapeutic experience. She believes that psychotherapy should help you gain greater insight into your thoughts, patterns and behaviors and create lasting change.
