Hello, I'm Stacey. With 25 years of professionalism and over a decade of clinical experience, I've had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life. My journey as a clinician is deeply informed by my education and clinical background, but it's my life experiences as a citizen of the world, veteran, and humanitarian that truly guide my principles and approach to therapy.
I believe in the power of culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed care. We all come from different backgrounds and hold unique values, and many of us have faced some form of trauma. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and understanding environment where you will feel valued and respected.
Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or navigating life transitions, I am here to support you. My specialties include anger management, ADHD, family relationships, grief, LGBTQIA+ support, medical issues, military and veteran support, multicultural and diversity issues, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues, stress, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions.
If you'd like to discuss how I can best support you, please don't hesitate to reach out to schedule an appointment or ask any questions you might have. I look forward to working together on your journey to well-being.
