I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, as well as other mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I work with individuals and groups, and received my Social Work training at the University of Pennsylvania.
The techniques I primarily use are psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I strive to make my therapy environment calm and welcoming, and will help you navigate the challenges that you are experiencing as they come.
