Spruce providers provide comprehensive psychiatric services, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and integrative treatment planning for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders.

We have providers that provide both in-person visits or secure telepsychiatry sessions, we aim to make mental health care more accessible, effective, and stigma-free.

Our office is conveniently located right off the Burke Gilman on the Fremont Canal in Seattle.
