Speranza Counseling
Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
I believe that you are the expert of your own life. I can offer a safe, supportive environment to help you heal and empower you to reach your goals. I specialize in working with individuals ages 18 years and older who encounter challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, and trauma. I use a multi-modal therapeutic approach to tailor treatment to meet your specific needs and goals. I am also an LGBTQ+ and BIPOC ally and offer a safe space for individuals identifying as such.
I prefer to take a more conversational, relaxed approach to therapy rather than a formal, clinical approach. I like to create strong therapeutic alliances to build trust and understanding with clients. My role isn’t to lecture you, judge you, or to tell you what to do - I’m here to actively listen and offer you realistic skills and tools that can help you!
