Students with ADHD! Your dark humor and out-of-the-boxness are welcome here :) We will make space to process deep issues and challenges, or the daily or academic stuff that's making life feel unmanageable. Virtual sessions with me are warm and comfortable. I am great at helping clients feel safe and at ease right away as we get to know each other. While my approach is relational and focused on clients' feelings and values, I tailor my approach to fit your needs and goals. You will find therapy to be effective and maybe even a little bit enjoyable!

Specifically for students with ADHD, we will address two needs. One is the logistical concerns and daily struggles of living with ADHD as a student (i.e. time management, accommodations in the classroom, eating and nutrition, money management, etc.) The other way I help is by offering emotional support to help process potential the grief, anger, shame, relational difficulties, or addictions that may arise from a student's ADHD. I also offer ADHD education as a way to heal some shame and low self-esteem issues. I am currently taking a course on ADHD that will earn me a designation as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
