Soul Vision Wellness is a Holistic Mental Health Practice serving those living all across New York State. It comprises a variety of services including but not limited to Individual & Couples therapy, Clinical Supervision as well as Speaking engagements and events geared towards bringing Mental Health Awareness and wholeness to those in underserved communities. We specialize in treating anxiety by using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, which helps clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and develop coping strategies. We incorporate mindfulness techniques to promote relaxation and present-moment awareness. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their anxiety triggers, learn practical skills for managing their symptoms, and ultimately build resilience. Our work involves exploring how race and culture influence individuals' experiences, self-perception, and relationships. We help clients navigate the complexities of racial identity, including the impact of systemic racism, cultural heritage, and personal experiences. These approaches help clients identify negative thought patterns, improve their emotional regulation, and enhance their interpersonal relationships. We integrate mindfulness techniques to promote self-awareness and acceptance. Our focus is on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings, set achievable goals.
