We are a small practice of therapists who love to work with college students on relationship issues, problems and conflicts related to their family of origin, substance abuse struggles, stress due to traumatic events, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and more. We work with our clients to help them to heal, grow, and thrive. Sona is an old Gaelic word which means happy and fortunate.

Sona Counseling Services is not an in-network provider for any insurance plans. Some insurance plans have out-of-network benefits that cover part of the cost of these visits.

Ongoing sessions $195
Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
