Let’s face it, life can be challenging! Recognizing that you need to talk to someone in the 1st step in your journey. I am so glad you are here! I enjoy working with people to help them process their trauma, depression and anxiety. I believe that if we are given the tools, we can approach life with a different perspective to create a better future with a healthier version of ourselves. My approach is personalized to the individual's journey. As your therapist, I want to walk with you while creating a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions that can help you repair past hurt to move forward.

I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English. I have experience working with children and adults providing individual and couple counseling, including trauma-informed care with immigrant families, neurodivergency and Latino community.
