We are a group of therapists who each offer different areas of specialty, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse and perinatal mental health! We are focused on reducing the stigma of accessing mental health services. We are passionate about connecting with the Erie community (and surrounding areas), and providing cost effective services through billing insurance, as well as some low cost, sliding scale options. We currently have a Clinical Intern (Clare Mackin) and a licensure candidate, Jammie Speyer (LPCC), with immediate openings. Both are offering reduced cost care. Some areas of focus include:
-addressing symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD
-assisting through life transitions
-supporting through relational difficulties
-addressing current and/or past trauma
-assisting with establishing goals and ways to navigate the complexities of achieving them
-providing support for those who are concerned with substance use/misuse
