I’m Christina (she/her) and I partner with clients in a collaborative, comfortable, evidenced-based approach to navigate life stressors, trauma, depression, anxiety and other mental health concerns. My therapeutic style includes a safe space for all to explore their understanding of themselves and the world without judgment. My goal is to welcome all, to feel safe and heard.
