Zachary Vigil
As a clinical therapist with a focus on holistic mental health care, I work with individuals who want to feel more balanced, grounded, and confident in their lives. Whether you’re navigating stress, life transitions, emotional challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, I offer a supportive and collaborative space where you can explore what’s holding you back and move toward meaningful change.
My goal is to help you feel more self‑aware, empowered, and connected to what matters most to you. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, emotional resilience, and a sense of purpose—at a pace that feels right for you. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s built on trust, understanding, and genuine human connection.
In our work together, you can expect a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where curiosity, honesty, and growth are encouraged. I use evidence‑based, person‑centered approaches while remaining flexible and responsive to your unique needs and goals.
I strive to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as a grounded, empathetic partner in your healing process. No matter what you’re facing, my aim is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.
My journey into mental health care grew from a deep desire to help others, combined with an interest in research surrounding Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) in former athletes. This background strengthened my commitment to holistic, trauma‑informed, and compassionate care.
Today, I bring openness, empathy, and a nonjudgmental perspective into every session, creating a space where healing, reflection, and growth can truly take place.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy playing guitar and spending time outdoors in beautiful Colorado. I’m also a big sports fan and enjoy supporting local teams and collecting memorabilia—interests that often help build natural connection and rapport with clients.
