SOL Mental Health

Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I believe in building and nurturing community. In times when systems are trying to break down care for the marginalized and outliers, we can come together as a collective to provide care, support and resistance. As a therapist, my focus is on empowering children and adults, supporting them through life and systemic challenges. I have worked with people from various communities and populations, and I understand that each individual has their own unique set of challenges and goals. I believe that everyone has the ability to thrive, and I am committed to helping my clients tap into their strengths. A strength-based approach can allow for the opportunity to identify successes, reestablish healthy patterns and learn new ways to deal with everyday life. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for clients to share.
