Mary Sullivan

Mary’s goal is to work with clients to overcome barriers that are keeping them from living the life they want to live. Mary works with the understanding that each client brings something different to the table. With cognitive behavioral therapy integrated with a psychoanalytic approach, she meets clients where they are and works with them to achieve their goals.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) she has experience working with a wide array of concerns. Mary’s professional background includes working with clients with Substance Use Disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, grief, relationships, and health concerns. Being in a space where clients can feel understood is critical to healing. Mary’s goal is to provide you with that space. Mary is virtual visit only working on anxiety and grief.
