Hello! My name is Katy, I work for an organization call Sol Mental Health. My therapeutic approach is warm, direct, strength-based, and creative as we work through both past and present conflicts to achieve lasting change. I am a culturally-sensitive clinician, who emphasizes working transparently and collaboratively with clients of all backgrounds and orientations.
I specialize in working with folks who are experiencing anxiety, depression, peer and family relationship issues, grief or loss, and life transitions, not only due to my education and career background but also my own lived experiences.

To book a session, you can connect with a Care Coordinator at 929-205-2678 (press 2) OR: ask for me directly at https://solmentalhealth.com/appointment-request/
