I work with individuals who are ready to look honestly at the patterns shaping their lives: the same struggle on repeat, a sense of self drifting into autopilot, or anyone bracing for a big life transition.
Many come to me after a rupture, or simply because life that once felt manageable now feels like real, heavy work.
I also work with people navigating trauma, whether sexual, emotional, or relational, and clients from every background who want a therapist who truly understands their full story, not just its surface, and who won't rush them toward a quick fix or offer easy, empty answers.
