Hi, I am Shannon Duffy and clinically licensed in the states of AZ and IL to provide virtual individual therapy and counseling. I specialize in working with high achievers with stress, anxiety, perfectionism tendencies, and relationship concerns. I provide a safe space and flexible scheduling to address current and past stressors that may be holding you back in not being able to achieve your goals and feel good about yourself. I also work with athletes for sports performance, disordered eating patterns and eating disorders, and injury recovery. I hope I can be of help.
