I work with teens, college students, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions- including athletes working through the mental side of sport performance and injury. Whether you're overwhelmed with school and social pressures, burned-out at work, navigating a major life change, or an athlete navigating performance pressure or injury. As a PCLC and CMPC Candidate I offer both mental health therapy and mental performance coaching.
I offer sliding scale pricing to keep therapy within your budget. Additionally, I provide a superbill for you to return to your insurance company as an out-of-network provider. Please reach out with any questions, I will work to make therapy affordable for you.
