I work with college students navigating a variety of topics, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, interpersonal/family conflict, self-esteem, transitions, and more.

I approach therapy by considering how your environment has impacted you, meaning we will explore how your past and present circumstances have shaped your perspectives, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. I draw from numerous therapeutic techniques and theories, tailoring your treatment to fit the unique person that you are.
