SKG Wellness currently offers individual therapy for clients of all ages. We provide evidence based treatment for a variety of mental illnesses. Clinicians work collaboratively with clients to process and treat symptoms. Our staff have a diverse background and education to help each client find the right fit!

SKG Wellness focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing modalities.
