I am a licensed therapist in private practice in Ventura California. I see clients in person and online. I work with people struggling with mind-body syndromes such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and other health issues where the doctor says- "There's nothing medically wrong with you". I also see clients with social anxiety, complex trauma histories, Highly Sensitive People, and people with Misophonia. I am certified in Coherence Therapy, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, certified in EMDR therapy, and level 2 trained in the new somatic trauma therapy- Deep Brain Reorienting.
