Navigating college life isn’t easy and you don’t have to do it alone.
At Silver Birch, we understand the challenges that can come with this season of life, from academic stress and identity exploration to relationship dynamics and societal pressures. Our collaborative, culturally informed approach to therapy honors all aspects of who you are. We're here to support and empower you on your path to growth and well-being.
Starting in August, we will have psychiatric services available to support your mental health through medication management!
We are considered out-of-network with insurance providers but can provide a superbill for reimbursement. We have therapists with different specialties and would love to help you find the perfect match.
