Finding ourselves stuck in problems that we can't seem to figure out isn't uncommon and asking for help isn't easy, but it is a brave first step. My hope is that once I have the opportunity to get to know you and your unique experiences, I can help you to develop the skills to manage life's challenges in a way that you can be proud of. I have worked with children, families and adults and tailor my practice to the individuals I serve. I strive to create a space that is safe, non-judgemental and considers the complexity of your life.

My past work has been with individuals of all ages who have experienced complex trauma and the resulting depression, anxiety, anger, fear, shame and grief. I strive to create a safe and anti-oppressive practice that respects, validates and affirms individual racial, ethnic, religious, spiritual, gender and sexual identities.

I believe that people are meant to live in relationship, but that often we get stuck in negative cycles of relating to ourselves, others and the world that keep us from growth and joy. In my own life, I have worked and continue to work to break down these things for myself, and I am honored to join others in their work to do the same. :)
