Shoshana Zelcer is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience, clarity, and confidence. She earned her Master’s degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work and has experience working in mental health clinic settings with clients of diverse ages, backgrounds, and life experiences.

Her therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and client-centered. She draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches. She creates a safe, relaxed, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

Shoshana specializes in supporting teenagers and young adults as they work through issues related to identity, self-awareness, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. She also works with clients experiencing relationship or marital difficulties, parenting struggles, and the emotional weight of supporting loved ones with mental or physical health concerns.

She is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and believes in honoring each individual’s lived experience. She tailors each session to the unique strengths and goals of her clients, walking alongside them on their path to healing and self-discovery.

Shoshana provides therapy in English and can incorporate basic Hebrew when helpful. She brings a thoughtful, individualized approach to therapy and is dedicated to helping each client become the best version of themselves.
