Life can be overwhelming. There are many things to address, or things we want to work on, but we often don’t know where to start. You don’t have to figure out it all out overnight. You don’t have to feel ashamed for being where you are. All you have to focus on is one small thing you can do today to get closer to where you want to be in life. Slowly, one step at a time, you can get there. That one step could be reaching out to a therapist to have non-judgmental support through this process. This is where I can help. I provide a therapeutic space to explore struggles in a relaxed manner. You take the lead, I am a supporting role.
I offer different perspectives, brainstorming ideas, coping strategies, & practicing what you want to improve. Working for almost 10 yrs. has trained me in numerous styles of therapy, so I think outside the box & pull from various strategies to help you find the right tools for your situation.
