Are you at a transitional time in your life (i.e. adolescence to adulthood, starting college, becoming a parent, or getting married)?

Are you struggling with self-esteem, self-confidence or self-worth?

Are you looking to develop or strengthen your spirituality practices? Spirituality can mean different things to different individuals, depending on their experiences, beliefs, and life histories. Some individuals focus on strengthening their belief system, while others experience spirituality in secular ways, such as through meditation, yoga, or by spending time in nature. In either case, using spirituality can be integral to coping with the challenges you may face and I can assist you with developing strategies to build resilience and purpose to improve your outlook in life.

Do these or similar experiences impact how you see yourself, others, or the path of your future?

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. Since 2018, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, motivation, self-esteem, self-confidence, improving communication, confidence, addiction, and trauma. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I have been blessed to serve in the following settings: community mental health, college-based community mental health (which also included BIPOC programming), in-patient hospitalization for substance and mental health, field-based residential supportive services for women with co-occurring disorders, and private practice. Client well-being is crucial in each service I provide, and I meet each person where they are to help them through their personal life's obstacles. I will tailor our dialog and treatment efforts to meet your unique and specific needs as we collaborate to heal your whole person (mind, body, and spirit).
