Are there times when it is difficult to turn your thoughts off or control what you are thinking about? Have you found yourself feeling down or worried about something that hasn’t happened yet? Do you find that events from your past are still impacting your present experiences? At times do you feel as if there is a pit in your stomach, notice yourself fidgeting, or your breathing rate increases? Do these or similar experiences impact how you see yourself, others, or the path of your future? My goal is to help you intimately understand the connection between your mind, body, and spirit. This knowledge will be the foundation of daily practices I will teach you and empower you to make your own. You are unique and it is important to not only challenge yourself to grow and improve but is equally important to celebrate what you have and currently do well. We will achieve this together by developing awareness, setting intentionality, and using homework assignments that you complete between sessions to reach your well-being goals.
