You may be feeling overwhelmed, stressed and disconnected. Perhaps your relationship is stuck in a negative cycle and you can't find the way out. Maybe you are going through a difficult transition and could use support. At some point we all need help dealing with the changes, or lack of change in our lives. Therapy can be a wonderful place to work out how to take the next steps and find relief.

As a liberation focused therapist, I understand the impact oppressive structures have on our mental health. I work with adult individuals and people in relationships to help them reduce the effects of harm, and find joy and calm in their relationships and community.

Currently, I provide in-person care anr my Smyrna office and teletherapy for folks throughout Georgia, with a "Walk and Talk" outdoor option as well.

About me: I am direct and warm, with a touch of New Jersey sarcasm. I love belting musical numbers and appreciate art in all its forms. I am a white, Queer, diasporic Jew and mama of two; a spouse, sister, daughter and auntie in a multiracial and multifaith family. I have had the honor to walk alongside folks on their career and mental health journeys in both the college setting and the greater community. I love the work I do both in the therapy room and as an activist and would be excited to be a part of your support network.
