Ship Happens Counseling

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

No jargon, no judgment - just real talk to help you get your ship together. ⚓

College can feel a little like being tossed into the deep end without a life jacket. 🌊 One week you’re on top of things, the next week you’re drowning in assignments, roommate drama, or that constant voice in your head telling you you’re not doing enough.

That’s where I come in. Therapy doesn’t have to feel like another class with homework. With me, it’s a space to be real, laugh when you need to, and figure out how to ride the waves instead of getting knocked down by them.

I work best with students who are stressed, anxious, overthinking, or stuck in messy communication with friends, family, or partners. If that sounds like you - good news, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Ship happens, but you don't have to navigate the stormy seas alone. 🚢
