My practice centers the diverse identities of the Global Majority in NJ, NY, and PA, especially BIPOC folks within the LGBTQIA+ community. I integrate different approaches like Somatic Experiencing, IFS, and EMDR to help navigate the stress, adversity, and trauma of life.
My goal as your therapist is for you to be seen and understood as you are. No code-switching necessary. Throughout our work, I will invite you with patience and compassion, going at your pace as you build new adaptations toward thriving. Think of this as a relational and experiential kind of process that goes beyond insight and coping skills.
