Sheryl Silverstein
I specialize in child, adolescent and emerging adulthood (college age) psychotherapy. My approach is insight oriented, in depth psychotherapy. I have had extensive clinical experience with children and adolescents in all settings: inpatient, residential and outpatient. I ran the adolescent Day Hospital at Yale New Haven Hospital from 7/2015-9/2016. Currently, I am on the Clinical Faculty at Yale University (Yale School of Medicine, Psychiatry Department) supervising psychiatry residents on their long term psychotherapy cases- undergraduate and graduate students. I am comfortable working with all sorts of conflicts, issues and/or diagnoses.
