Hello,
I am a mental health counselor and behavior analyst. I work with neurodivergent adults with trauma, anxiety, and depression from a neurodiversity affirming lense. I also help with other problems adjusting. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Sand tray/Sand Play and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I also enjoy helping to work on changing behaviors that you find aren't working for you anymore.
