Hey! Im Shelby, LMFT with 15+ years in the Mental Health field since my BA says at Chico State. I graduated with an MA from USF in 2021 and eager to support college communities. I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults for many years with different community agencies in Sonoma County. I am not your average Therapist, meaning I don't expect you to talk about your feelings 24/7. Humor will be utilized and my goal is to give you any and all skills to feel successful and independent in many aspects of life (and mental health). Feel free to reach out with any questions!
