Shelby Smith
I am a mental health clinician with over three years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, PTSD, chronic stress, substance use, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and rooted in empathy and evidence-based care. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. I help children, adolescents, and adults build coping skills, confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience through life’s challenges.
Across all stages of life, I believe in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to build self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help each client feel supported and empowered as they develop the tools and confidence needed to navigate life with greater clarity and well-being.
