I am Shelby Davis, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Supervisor designation (LISW-S) in the state of Ohio with over 7 years of experience working with various populations. I have experience in helping people work through anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, challenging life changes and general mental health concerns. My therapeutic approach involves utilizing mindful-based, holistic and trauma-informed practices while building on strengths and finding solutions, guiding a person to prosperity.
