Licensed Mental Health Counselor, MA, MS, LMHC
Accepting clients Last Updated 26 days ago

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington with over 13 years of experience. I enjoy working with kids, teens, and adults who are struggling with problems such as anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, poor self-esteem, and trauma. I have worked in many different settings, including non-profit, a mental health hospital, and in private practice. The majority of my work has been with kids, teens, and young adults.

I try to gain a deep understanding of my clients and their struggles, and formulate therapeutic interventions based on individualized needs. I use primarily cognitive behavioral techniques, but I am also skilled in trauma-focused, dialectical behavioral and solution-focused therapies.
