I specialize in working with clients experiencing eating disorders and disordered eating, and also have a passion working with BIPOC clients, clients in emerging adulthood, and clients exploring identities. My approach is informed by Health-At-Every-Size, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care. My goal is to empower clients to utilize their strengths, skills, and supports to achieve their own goals and fulfillment.
