Hi! I love helping students navigate the overwhelming experience of college life and helping individuals navigate mental health struggles like anxiety, ADHD, OCD, or trauma. Many of the students I work with are high achievers who often feel pressure to succeed but struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, or negative self-talk. You might find it hard to focus, feel stuck in your thoughts, or wonder if you’re doing enough—academically, socially, or in life.

If this sounds familiar, you're not alone. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard and supported while working toward a sense of balance and confidence. My approach is compassionate and practical, helping you understand yourself better while building tools to better handle stress.

Whether you're struggling adjusting to college, having existential crises, or just feeling down; I’m here to help you feel more in control and at peace.
