Deciding to try therapy takes courage and it is the first step on the journey inward.

I specialize in person-centered therapy. I believe that a supportive therapeutic relationship with healthy communication is a vital step for helping someone change their life and their situation. Connection is key. Working together to find balance, solutions, relief, and skills for overall health and wellbeing.

I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and loss, trauma, peer relationship/marital issues, career issues, and those needing support during a difficult time in their lives.
