Accepting clients Last Updated 13 days ago

Hi!

I’m currently accepting new clients and referrals for those who are navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, life stressors, or just feeling like life is…a lot.

My vibe? Think: supportive, real, and zero judgment—with just enough humor to make the hard stuff feel a little less heavy. (Because sometimes healing includes processing your trauma and laughing about how your brain really said “let’s panic for no reason today.”)

I take a person-centered approach, meaning I meet you where you are—whether you’re thriving, barely getting through the week, or somewhere in between. I also use evidence-based therapies like EMDR and TF-CBT to help you actually process what you’ve been through, not just talk in circles about it.

Whether you’re dealing with overthinking, relationship stress, family stuff, or trying to figure out who you are and what you’re doing with your life (same), we’ll work together to build coping skills, confidence, and real, lasting change.

No pressure, no perfection—just a space where you can show up as you are.
