I have over 20 years of practice at helping people feel more joy, more positive self-esteem, more clarity, more awareness and less anxious and depressed. I firmly believe that together, we can work towards you finding inner peace and help accessing your best self. At In-Joy therapy and yoga, we find ways to help you self-regulate, react in ways that feel honest, and heal the parts of you that no longer serve you well. I look forward to meeting you!
