Licensed Mental Health Counselor | Art Therapist | Supporting College Students

I am a licensed mental health counselor with a passion for supporting college students as they navigate the unique challenges of academic life, personal growth, and emotional well-being. With a background in both traditional talk therapy and expressive art therapies, I offer a holistic approach to mental health that encourages self-exploration and healing through creativity. I understand the pressures that college students face—whether it's academic stress, relationship struggles, or identity exploration—and I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for each individual to express themselves and find balance. Through the use of art-based interventions, I aim to help students enhance self-awareness, process difficult emotions, and develop coping strategies that promote overall mental health.
