Welcome! I am a licensed professional counselor who works primarily with adolescents and young adults. I utilize CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), solution-focused therapy and EMDR treatment modalities.
Common complaints that people seek help for include anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, relationship issues, isolation and mood regulation. I am happy to offer guidance in any of these areas. I offer evening and even weekend appointments.
