I work with a wide array of concerns including: anxiety and depression; relationships; self-judgment; loss and grief; addiction and compulsive behaviors; trauma; and purpose. I have helped many CU students with destructive patterns and/or eating disorders by offering a unique and intuitive approach that allows clients to reconnect to their internal wisdom.

Combining my education and experiences in traditional psychology, neuroscience, spirituality, mindfulness, and emotional regulation, I can help you get past whatever is keeping you "stuck."
