Shantel Crosby
I'm Shantel, owner of West Rose Therapy & Consultation, LLC. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and both a Master’s and Ph.D. in Social Work. I work with adults and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, healing from past or present trauma, or managing challenging life transitions. I’m licensed to provide mental health services in Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, and Michigan, offering all clinical services via telehealth to ensure clients can access care in a comfortable and convenient way.
As a clinician, my expertise lies in trauma, and I am trained in a variety of evidence-informed modalities to help clients achieve their goals. I recognize that each client's lived experience is unique. So, I adapt my approach to best meet their specific needs. My primary aim is to offer a pathway to healing and growth for those who seek my assistance. To that end, I work with my clients to establish a restorative relationship, while providing a safe and supportive environment to aid and empower them to overcome life's challenges.
