Deciding to start therapy can be scary and not knowing where to start can exasperate these feelings. However, whether you are looking to heal past trauma(s) or work towards personal growth, I’m glad you are here. I strive to offer individualized, client-centered services to help you work towards your goals in a safe environment.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. With areas of focus including mental health, substance use, trauma, personal growth, stress management, adjustment and life transitions, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. I take a strengths-based approach to help you see yourself as the strong and wonderful person you are. Some modalities used to to help you achieve this are TF-CBT and EMDR to address trauma, Motivational Interviewing (MI) to increase enthusiasm and drive for change, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you to find personal satisfaction and growth.
