Sometimes life spins out of control and leaves you hanging, wondering how to make the crazy stop. Just breathing is hard, and you'd give anything to feel normal again. For you, is that sometime now? Taking the first step to get help can be scary, but it's worth it...because it IS possible to have freedom from trauma, isolation, sadness, anxiety, despair & other struggles. And the best part: you don’t have to do it alone. Our 1st session of therapy won't fix the problems or make them go away....in fact, our 5th session likely won't make the crazy stop either, but in time you will heal, regain control, & discover your authentic self.

What makes me so sure you CAN get through this? Because you haven’t gotten to this point without conquering hard times. You know it is time. Time to be brave. Time to overcome your struggles. I excel at helping clients work through anxiety, depression, betrayal, trauma, & life transitions. My clients create their new norm feeling deeply heard & empowered.

You've taken the 1st step to slow the unexpected craziness by seeking help. When you allow others to stand firmly beside you, the spinning slows, your vision clears, and life becomes bearable, & eventually - joyful. May I stand beside you? I'd be honored to lend my skills, successes, & years of expertise. It's never too early to start, how does today sound?
