I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and authentic space where my clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I have experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma, with a particular commitment to supporting BIPOC clients. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I believes therapy is a journey, and she is honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, recognize their strengths, and create meaningful change.
