The transition to college can be challenging and I am here to help you to navigate through difficult circumstances. I have been a mental health professional for over twenty years and have worked in a variety of settings, including public schools. I have experience working with older teens who are transitioning from high school to college or the workforce. I use a person-centered, solution-focused, and affirming approach to therapy. I offer telehealth services so that you can engage in therapy from the comfort of your home or dormitory. I am in network with multiple insurance companies and accept self-pay clients as well.
