Navigating mental health challenges can feel daunting, especially when balancing medical concerns, emotional health, or major life transitions. I focus on supporting individuals who face complex mental health needs, including those related to women’s reproductive mental health, mood disorders, trauma, and conditions involving the overlap between physical and mental health. If you're dealing with fertility issues, pregnancy planning, birth trauma, or the emotional impact of pregnancy loss, we can work together to find steadiness and meaning as you process these profound experiences.

My approach to care is collaborative and deeply rooted in understanding the whole person—honoring your experiences and perspective without judgment. Through psychodynamic and insight-oriented therapies, mindfulness practices, and, when needed, medication management, we’ll build a plan that meets your specific needs. With training in consultation-liaison psychiatry, I’m especially attuned to the nuances of mental health when it’s connected to medical conditions, including the challenges that come after stroke, traumatic brain injuries, and chronic illness.

In addition to women’s mental health and mood disorders, I specialize in working with those facing psychotic disorders and complex mental health needs tied to physical health. I bring experience from fast-paced, high-stakes environments, such as emergency psychiatry at NYU Langone, where I worked with patients in some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

Whether you’re looking for medication management, a safe space to explore difficult emotions, or support with life’s transitions, know that my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to navigate life’s complexities. I want to help you build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
